With 5,800 hectares, fans of this activity must have a harvesting permit. The Ultzama Valley Mycological Park also has an information point in Alkotz, which offers detailed explanations about the numerous edible species in the area and answers questions about the harvested fruits.

Directly opposite is the Ulzama Riding School, where you can enjoy the horses and even take a ride through the forest on the backs of these formidable animals. And on the subject of horses, the Ultzama Stud Farm (in Zenotz) is also worthy of mention: 120 hectares dedicated to breeding thoroughbred racehorses. Although it is privately owned, its beautiful horses can be seen from the outside.

This is an ancient forest of 80 hectares, the only remaining example of Navarre's humid oak forests. These are very rare forests of great ecological interest . This is a very pleasant, well-equipped recreational space for enjoying a peaceful 2.2 km walk. Declared a Natural Recreational Area, the richness of this natural space lies in the beauty of its landscape and, above all, its biodiversity. The walk through the interior of the Orgi forest is complemented by three other trails that connect the oak forest with the rest of the valley: Orgi (8.4 km and pedestrian); Amati (10.5 km and pedestrian); and Gurbil (18 km pedestrian and bicycle).
If you like mini golf, the 9-hole Pitch & Putt Golf Center is located in Lizaso, one of the towns near the hotel.

Very close to the Orgi Oak Grove, we find the Ultzama Farm School , dedicated to rescuing and disseminating the customs, culture, way of life, agricultural and livestock methods, and the general ethnology of the Ultzama Valley.
In this museum, you can visit the beekeeping laboratory, where they explain the life of bees, as well as how honey is made in the hive and how honey is extracted and decanted from their own hives. Visitors can purchase raw artisan honey from various flowering plants in Navarre, honey jam, chocolates, soaps, creams, candles, and other beehive products such as propolis, pollen, wax, and royal jelly.
